In practice: the qualifications and experience of an (interim) professional must match the requirements of our clients project. But also culture/character-wise a candidate should fit in, before we introduce a candidate for a project.
The data we need to achieve the latter, we do not get from a file or computer, but are obtained by personal approach, attention and frequent contact. This leads to satisfaction of our client, the (interim) professionals and for us.
