Lead Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities
• The LDE Mechanical is responsible to the Manager Engineering for overall management and administration of the Mechanical Engineering section.
• He is accountable for all engineering and design functions of the section and is the primary mechanical consultant within the company.

Tasks
• Establish project philosophy and design criteria.
• Supervise Mechanical Engineering.
• Represent the Mechanical section in key conferences with customers.
• Maintain a competent balanced staff of qualified engineers.
• Improve the quality, accuracy and efficiency of individuals.
• Assure the use of modern engineering practices, methods, materials and equipment.
• Prepare, maintain and control operating plans and budgets for the section.
• Participate with the Manager Engineering in long range planning for the growth and development of engineering activities.
• Undertake specific assignments delegated by the Manager Engineering.

Requirements
• Extended experience in Mechanical engineering for more than 10 years.
• Several years of experience in managing people.
• Minimum Bsc. Mechanical degree.
