As Process Engineer you will be part of our Process Department. The Process Department consists of 40 enthusiastic, young people that are divided different petrochemical products. These colleagues are the architects of the petro chemical plants they build. For the process technology it is important that the latest state of Technology is applied in the process design and engineering within the project and proposal specifications, authority requirements and other contractual obligations.

As a senior Process Engineer you will ensure that the design basis and contract information are complete and acquire any missing data. You will seek clarification of ambiguous information via the project and proposal organization.
Your main tasks consists of giving approval on all process design and engineering documents and make sure that all documents are correct through a review and check procedure established at the start of the project. Furthermore you will prepare heat and material balances, process simulation, sizing of equipment, preparation of Process Flow Diagrams and Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Hazard & Operatability studies and develop related work.

Bachelor or university degree in Chemical Engineering degree
We are looking for people with a process way of thinking.
10+ years experience as a Process Engineer
Preferable knowledge in distillation, cold separation techniques, flow sheeting and conceptual design.
Experience in petro chemical is a must.
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Flexible, analytic, quality driven and able to function independently, but also in a project team
