Working with Mansource
As the labor market, we focus on the more "senior" (interim) professional.
We define interim professionals, as people who are 35 + in age, HBO+ educational level and have a minimum 5 to 7 years working experience. This means that each client, depending on the size of the client, not easily will have more than 5 to 6 interim professionals to work. There will therefore be a highly individual approach / procedure. We believe that we are also obliged to our clients and our interim professionals. Every man but every organization is unique.
Good cooperation, communication and mutual respect is a prerequisite for successful matching and optimum value for our clients.
