Our work, matching supply and demand of (interim) professionals therefore is important and places a heavy responsibility on our shoulders. Although our clients are as important as our candidates (the (interim) professionals); we, unlike most of our partner companies, focus on the (interim) professional. If the (interim) professional feels good in a job / project, in addition to the (interim) professional also the client is served. This may imply that an (interim) in terms of professional training and experience exactly fits the description of the job vacancy at the client, but we do not match established to that. The candidate must also fit within the organization of the client; fit into the atmosphere, the culture, etc. Say the "soft", but very important prerequisites. These requirements do not com from a file or computer, but by personal attention, approach and frequent contact. Through this approach, we have satisfied clients and (interim) professionals, and are we satisfied.
